					<description>It's true............when I was on weightwatchers I wanted to loss 35 pounds and found that to be overwhelming to think about, let alone acoomplish.  So I took 10 lbs. at a time and than rested the restrictions a bit.  I found that my plateaus were less painful and would get less discouraged.  If I let myself have some space and time, I did finally get there, 5lbs at a time.  the last 10 were the most difficult, but after 16 months I had finally reached my goal.  Sadly to say however, 3 years later, I'm back to 155 and again trying to loose 30 pounds so that I can maintain 130-132.  I can't believe I'm back at the strarting point again...............but I feel much better about myself at 130.  Wish me luck!</description>
